Our conference is designed for exisiting party planners and direct sellers to obtain exciting training and coaching seminars and network with other party planners within the industry. The exhibition is also an opportunity to speak to delegates that are looking to joining a party plan business.

Why Exhibit at The Party Plan Conference 2012?

The Party Plan Conference is an opportunity for your company to raise your profile to new and exisiting party planners across the UK, its a great way to target this niche market.

The Exhibition is also a great opportunity to capture business contacts from sponsors, speakers, exhibitors and delegates with competitions, surverys, special offers or taster sessions.

As an exhibitor you will be able to attend any of the seminar sessions that we have available, so we would suggest that you have more than 1 person on your stand. (this also means toilet breaks are not an issue!!) You will also be invited to our awards dinner in the evening to continue with networking and to complete your fun filled day at the conference.

Exhibition Stand Information

A 6ft table with white cloth and two chairs will be available to all exhibitors

There will be room for banners to stand behind the table

The Venue: The Queens Hotel, Bournemouth (for directions please click here)

The Date: Saturday 28th January 2012

Timings: Please arrive at the venue, no later than 8.00am on the day and to have completed set up by 8.30am. Please leave enough time to park and unload your stand equipment.

Refreshments: All exhibitors places will be fully catered for.

Unloading: You can unload outside the front entrance of the hotel. These are strictly drop off points, no parking is permitted

Parking: The hotel has a car park and the parking is on a first come first served basis.

Additional Parking: Should the car park be full there is additional parking on the road by the hotel, this is charged. Prices to be confirmed.

Wi-Fi: The hotel offers free Wi-Fi on the ground floor of the hotel and in the conference rooms, it is charged if you would like this in your bedroom.

Electricity: If you would like your stand to have access to an electrical point please notify us on your booking form. Once payment has been made through our site your booking form will be emailed out to you along with exhibitor pack.

Health and Safety: We take Health and Safety seriously for all delegates and exhibitors at the conference. Please ensure you are set up by 8.30am and do not pack up until the event closes. Please ensure that throughout the day you keep your stand safe and tidy.

We are unable to accept liability for items left unattended.

Goody Bags: Goody Bags inserts will need to include flyers and “goodies” for up to 250 people.
